Terms of Service – Delatour

  1. General

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the Delatour online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

  1. Products and Prices

We make every effort to display our products, images, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding.

All prices displayed on our online store are in euros and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before the order is completed.

  1. Orders

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

Delatour reserves the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable due to a stock error. In such cases, any payment already received will be refunded.

  1. Payment

Orders must be paid using the payment methods offered during checkout. Orders are processed once payment has been successfully registered.

  1. Delivery

We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Any stated delivery times are estimates, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

  1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers making online purchases within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

  1. Statutory Warranty

Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty rights provided under applicable Belgian and European legislation. These rights are not limited by these Terms of Service.

  1. Liability

Delatour is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of the products supplied.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits liability or consumer rights where such limitations are prohibited by law.

  1. Force Majeure

Delatour is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as serious transport disruptions, technical failures or other events of force majeure.

  1. Applicable Law

Contracts with Delatour are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights applicable to the customer.
