How do I create an account?

Having a Delatour account has many advantages! You have the possibility to save your favorite products for later, go through the payment process faster, save multiple shipping addresses, view the status of your order and much more. This information will be stored securely and will be handled with care. Do you not have an account yet, but would you like to create one? Click here.

Here is a brief explanation of how to create an account:

1. Click on the link above or on the left icon at the top right of the website
2. Click on ‘create account’
3. Fill in your personal details
4. Fill in the captcha security
5. Click on ‘create account’

You will receive a confirmation of your registration by email.

I have forgotten my password.

No problem, you Forgotten your password? That can happen and fortunately it is easy to solve! On this page you can leave your email address and then you will receive an email from us. From this email you have the option to change the password and you can immediately use your account again.

I want to change my account details.

When you are logged in to your account, you will see a menu on the left. If you choose 'account details', you have the option to change the email address, password or other details. If you choose 'address book', you have the option to change the billing or delivery address or to add a new address or delete an existing address.
