When can I expect my order?
We strive to ship your package as soon as possible. If you order before 3:00 PM, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Items that were not in stock at the time of ordering will be shipped within 5-7 business days and separately from regular orders. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email including track & trace, so that you can view the current delivery status.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
If you place an order above €75,-, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order below €75,-, shipping costs will be charged when you place your order. Below are all shipping options we offer within the Netherlands and the associated costs:

Orders outside the Netherlands
The shipping costs for a destination outside the Netherlands and Belgium may differ and differ per location. These are automatically calculated in the ordering process. You can find the overview on this page in the tables.
Can I track my order?
After the package has left our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. This allows you to view the current delivery status.
Can I change my address?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow changes to be made after an order has been placed. We would therefore like to emphasize that you should always check carefully whether you have entered the correct personal details before you finalize your order. Do you have any questions about this? Please contact customer service.
My order has not yet been delivered?
It is possible that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to first check the track & trace code carefully. This indicates the status of the delivery. Has your track & trace code not been updated for 5 working days? Please contact our customer service and have the order number at hand.
