Which payment methods can I use on the website?

When you place an order online, you can choose from the following payment methods:

I would like to know if my payment was successful.

Something may go wrong with the payment or you may receive an error message. How do you know for sure whether or not the payment was successful?

• Check your account to see if the amount has actually been debited. If not, it seems that the order has not been successfully completed.
• Did you not receive a confirmation email? It is also a good idea to check your account first, because the confirmation email may still be on its way. Are you unsure whether the payment was successfully completed? Please contact our customer service via live chat or email so they can check for you whether the payment was successful.
