Do you want to return your order?

1. Pack your return

Pack the items you want to return and make sure that old barcodes are not visible on the box by removing the label from the box. Items can only be returned in their original packaging and without signs of use. Have you removed the original packaging? Then you can no longer return the item. So pay close attention when you unpack your order!

2. Hand in your return

Take the package to a drop-off point. Returns by post are at your own expense.

3. Refund your return

After we have received your return, we aim to process it within 7 days. As soon as your return has been unpacked and processed, you will receive an email from us. Keep the proof of return safe until the return has been fully processed and you have received your refund. When the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded.

4. Warranty and Service

Did you receive a broken or incorrect item?
Then you can report this to us immediately by email or telephone. Indicate with the item in question that it is a broken/incorrect item.

Is an item broken or are you dissatisfied with a product and does it fall within the return period?
Then you can return the item to us within 14 days. Do not forget to inform us of this by email or telephone.

Is an item broken or are you dissatisfied with a product and does it fall outside the return period?
Contact our customer service and they will look into the options with you! Do not forget to send your order number and a photo of the item.

5. Other return conditions

Returns are only possible within the stated return period of 14 days.

Both the costs and the risk of sending a return shipment are at your own expense. 

We only process returns if they are returned in their original condition. Damaged and/or used items will be returned and not processed as a return.

Did you also pay shipping costs when ordering? If the entire order is returned, you will also receive the shipping costs back and you will only pay the return costs.
