Ordering on our webshop

How do I place an order?

How nice that you want to place an order with us! Here is a brief explanation of how to do this best:

  • Step 1: Place the items you would like to shop in the shopping cart!
  • Step 2: Click on your shopping cart at the top right and then on 'continue to checkout'.
  • Step 3: Fill in your personal details and check them carefully. Do you have an account? Then you can log in with the email address of that address and the details will be filled in for you.
  • Step 4: Choose the desired delivery option. Due to the size of the order, you may not see all options. Good to know, you can have the package delivered to your home, but you can also choose a pick-up point.
  • Step 5: Choose a desired payment method. You can choose from various payment methods such as Multisafe, Apple pay, Google pay or PayPal.
  • Step 6: Finally, check that you accept the general terms and conditions and click on the 'place order' button to finalize the order.
  • YES! The order has been placed and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

My order was not successful, what now?

Of course, something can go wrong when placing an order, this is not a problem and we will ensure that the order is automatically cancelled. If you have any doubts about the status of the order, you can contact our customer service. We will then be happy to check the status and will help you further with placing the order.

What is the best way to open my order?

Have you received your package? Then open it carefully and make sure that you do not pull off any labels from items or tear any packaging. Have you removed the original label? Then you can no longer return the item. So pay close attention when you unpack your order!

I have not received a confirmation?

During busy periods, it may take longer before you receive a confirmation from us. This can sometimes also end up in your spam inbox. If you haven't received a confirmation after two hours, but the payment was successful? No worries, contact our customer service and they will look into it with you.
